In the All Ireland football quarter finals at Croke Park, there were wins for Dublin and Tyrone.
Leinster champions Dublin progress to the last four having overcome Cork.
It finished 1-16 to 0-14, the Dublin goal coming from Jack McCafrey.
Before that Tyrone beat Ulster champions Monaghan by 0-14 points to 0-12.
Both sides finished with fourteen men, Tyrone had Martin Penrose see a straight red at half time, while Kieran Hughes got a second yellow card in the second half.
