The domestic rugby season comes to a close this evening as Ulster and Leinster face off in the RaboDirect Pro12 Grand Final.
After finishing on top of the table, Ulster will also be desperate to claim some silverware to end the season.

While today’s game marks the final Leinster appearance for the retiring Isa Nacewa and the outgoing Jonathan Sexton.
