Broadford snatched a dramatic draw against Crusheen in Sixmilerbidge last night, when wing-back, Danny Reddan, shot over a superb equalising point, following a clever cross-field line-ball from Craig Chaplin.
The game finished nine points each but the draw was enough for Broadford to avoid the relegation play-off.
Crusheen now join Clooney-Quin, Clarecastle and O’Callghan’s Mills in the battle to avoid relegation, while Broadford prepare for the Senior B championship.
