Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers says his players could not have done any more in last nights 2-0 defeat to West Brom at Anfield.
The match was scoreless at half time despite Liverpool’s domination of the first half however the Baggies scored twice in the last ten minutes through McAuley and Lukaku to claim the win, Steven Gerrard had his penalty saved in the 77th minute.

West Brom are now 8th while Liverpool are 9th 12 points off the top 4, Rodgers says it was a frustrating night.
