One of Clare Intermediate Hurling selectors has hit out at plans to alter the grade in the aftermath of Clare’s historic success against Kilkenny on Saturday in Thurles.
The Banner claimed their first ever Intermediate All Ireland title with a 2-13 to 1 -11 win over the holders Kilkenny to add to the Munster title won last month against Limerick.
