One of the joint managers of the Clare U21 footballers has expressed his shock at the GAA's decision to change the age grade and conditions of the competition.
Delegates at GAA Congress voted in favour of reducing the age grade from U21 to U20, while any player listed on a senior intercounty panel will no longer be eligible to play.
