The striker’s move to White Hart Lane is subject to a medical.
He’s scored six goals for Spain in just eleven appearances.
Talks continue between Real Madrid and Tottenham regarding Gareth Bale but Real boss Carlo Ancelotti says a deal is a long way from being done.
The Spanish giants will pay anywhere between 110 and 130 million euro for the player.
Ancelotti has also confirmed that the club will not be getting rid of Luka Modric adding the Bale deal is far from being agreed.
