Clare athletes returned home from the Munster indoor championships at Nenagh this weekend with 10 gold medals.
The big winners were Harriet Flynn in the U18 girls 800 and 150 metres while Meelick’s Amy O Donoghue took gold in the same races at U19 level.
Dervela Ryan of Clonlara also enjoyed double success in the U15 shot putt and long jump.
There was also a championship best for Padraig McNamara in the long jump at U15.
