There’s been a time change to Sundays Clare Cross Country Championship action.
The Senior Cross Country Championship plus Juvenile "B" Cross Country Championships will now start an hour earlier in Cooraclare.
The programme starts at 10. 30 and the first race on the programme will be the girls U/9.
That’s followed at 12 o’clock with the Senior Ladies 5000m, while it’s the Senior Mens 10,000m at 12.30pm.
