Two Clare athletes will represent Ireland at this year’s Special Olympics World Summer Games in Athens.
126 Irish athletes will travel to the games next month, among them Michael Neville of Sixmilebridge who will be a member of the Football Team, while Inagh’s Ciara O’Loughlin will take part in athletics.

The Games are the biggest sporting event to take place in the World this year with 7,000 athletes from 185 nations competing.
