Its been a bad day for Clare sides in Munster junior action as Bridge United and Connolly Celtic lost their ties.
Bridge United lost to Cork outfit Douglas hall 3-2 after extra time having led 2-1 entering the final minutes of normal time.

Connolly Celtic suffered an 8-0 loss to Pike Rovers at the county grounds.
