Brian Lohan's UL are considering an appeal against the red card shown to Ballyea's Jack Browne in their Fitzgibbon Cup Semi Final win over LIT.
A 2-18 to 1-14 win saw them set up a final meeting with defending champions Waterford IT, but they could be without the Clare senior star after he was dismissed for an off the ball incident.

Double All Ireland winner Lohan identified a precedent where Limerick's Declan Hannon was successful in overturning his red card in the 2013 semi final, but speaking after the game, the Wolfe Tones man said he wasn't sure what course of action would be taken.
The Fitzgibbon Cup Final between UL and Waterford IT gets underway this evening in the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick at 7.30pm
