It’s understood that the F.A.I have tried to contact Stoke defender Marc Wilson about being on stand-by for Euro 2012 but it’s unclear whether or not he has responded.
Wilson and manager Giovanni Trapattoni have had disagreements in the past but have made up according to sources.
